Who in my organisation need(s) a paid educator seat?
Anyone who needs to start a live session in any room will need to be assigned a paid educator seat. This person could be a teacher/tutor, trainer, admin, manager, facilitator etc. If the person's role is only to create rooms and send invites to participants or students, and does not need to start live sessions himself/herself, then a paid educator seat is not required.

Is the subscription pre-paid or post-paid?
Pre-paid. You will be billed at the start of each monthly billing cycle.

Can I add educator seats during a billing cycle?
Yes, you may. Upon adding a new seat, you will be charged a pro-rated fee based on the number of days left in your current billing cycle.

Can I remove educator seats during a billing cycle?
Yes, you may. As there is no refund for a prepaid educator seat, you can continue using it till the last day of your current billing cycle. The educator seat will be removed at the start of your next billing cycle so you will not be charged for it.

Can I transfer an educator seat to another user?
Yes, you may re-assign an educator seat to any other user anytime. But only one user can be assigned to one educator seat at a time.

What will happen to the unutilised hours I had bought previously if I switch to the subscription plan?
We will convert the balance hours from your previous purchase into monetary credits in your organisation's ClassDo Wallet. These will be used to offset your future monthly subscriptions until your credits run out. Subsequent subscriptions will then be charged to your registered credit card.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you may do so on your organisation's billing page. It is accessible 24/7 once you have signed in to ClassDo.

Any refund if I cancel during a billing cycle?
No. You may continue using ClassDo for live lessons till the end of your current billing cycle. Your subscription will not renew after that.

Is monthly subscription available?
Yes, the fee will be US$18 per month per educator seat for monthly billing, which is available for self-service sign-up on your organisation's billing page on ClassDo. However, we highly recommend annual subscription for you to enjoy savings of more than 15%. To find out how you can enjoy the lower annual subscription fee, please contact support@classdo.com.
